Blood Labs

Labs can be drawn for our patients at our office during their appointment per the care provider’s recommendations. Also, for our patients only, we can draw for other healthcare provider’s lab orders, and this just requires the appropriate lab order form from other providers and approval from our physicians. At Heritage FMA, we partner with Clinical Pathology Laboratories, Inc who, contracts with insurance providers separately from our facility and takes care of all the laboratory needs.
